Dr. Ira Gordon
Long-standing informal advisor to Vetcelerator, Ira was a founder of an education company called VetPrep, which later sold and became XPrep. Ira then went on to found a series of Specialty Hospitals which sold to Ethos Veterinary. Ira is active in the Veterinary industry as a thought leader, and a founder of the Veterinary Angel Network (VANE).

Mat is the Chief of Surgery at Friendship Hospital for Animals in the D.C. area, one of the largest, if not the largest, animal hospitals in the country. Mat is also the Founder and CEO of Dr. Cuddles, which has a range of products for Pet Parents but notably brings care and safety to the home.

Dr. Ashley Harris
Ashley has had various leadership roles in the veterinary industry with some of the largest providers, including Banfield Pet Hospitals and Destination Pet, where she was the Chief Veterinarian Officer. She has a unique perspective having worked with practices that offer veterinary care and non-veterinary care, e.g., boarding, daycare, and training. Ashley also serves on the NY State Veterinary Board.

Chris is the Chief Operating Officer of Radio Systems Corporation which includes multiple brands that serve the animal health community, most notably InvisibleFence and PetSafe Brands. Prior to his role of COO, Chris served as CFO for the company and he was massively instrumental in seeing Radio Systems grow from a big brand to a very big brand.

Rodrigo has served as a software engineering leader inside and outside of the Veterinary industry. Rodrigo was one of the first employees at VetSuccess and helped develop their data solution which was incredibly important at the time, and still remains a cornerstone in the industry today through its purchaser VetSource.
